In the rare event that our digital keys don't function as promoted, or we're unable to rectify your problem, rest assured that we offer a fair refund policy.

Eligibility for a Full Refund

The conditions for obtaining a full refund are:

  1. The purchased key product is incompatible with your PC/Laptop for reasons acknowledged by our team, and it's not been used more than two times prior to reaching out to support.
  2. The compatible key product didn't function as promised, and it's not been used more than two times before contacting support.
  3. The purchased key key has not been used.
  4. The Lifetime Key was not transferred to a new system.
  5. The item must not have been purchased using a coupon.
  6. The item must not have been purchased at a discounted price (i.e., when the original price was reduced).

We request you to acknowledge this policy while purchasing our products, and by doing so, you agree to comply with its terms and relinquish any rights to challenge or dispute it.

Refund Processing Time

We don't bound our customers by a timeframe for claiming a refund. If your situation meets one of the above criteria, we're ready to initiate a refund even after a year from the purchase date. The refund process timing would be as follows:
